JOB SUMMARY
The multi-property Director of Casino Marketing is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of all marketing initiatives designed to drive gaming revenue, increase guest visitation and enhance player loyalty. This position leads player development, database marketing, promotions, events, rewards programs and marketing analytics while ensuring exceptional guest service and regulatory compliance. It calls for a collaborative and influential leader capable of balancing strategic vision with operational execution across multiple casinos.

- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive casino marketing strategies using guest segmentation, predictive analytics, profitability analysis, and campaign performance data to increase gaming revenue, market share and guest engagement
- Manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution, including forecasting, budgeting, ROI analysis and performance measurement
- Manage targeted offers, direct mail, digital marketing initiatives, special events, database marketing and promotions
- Coordinate with internal creative resources to develop graphics, photography, video and branded assets
- Consistently deliver a high level of professional and personalized guest service
- Maintain an active presence on the casino floor, particularly during weekends and peak periods, to engage with guests and employees
- Monitor key performance indicators including visitation, theoretical win, revenue growth, player acquisition and retention metrics
- Analyze marketing, promotional and guest behavior trends and feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Create and monitor operating budget, financial management and acts on budget variance
- Devise or modify procedures to solve process problems that will result in more efficient productivity and higher caliber product
- Assess business objectives from operations teams and propose marketing solutions
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency and reporting capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in Marketing; Degree in Marketing preferred
- Extensive knowledge of casino marketing, multi-channel advertising, player development, database marketing, loyalty programs, promotions and analytics
- Experience with casino management systems, CRM platforms, player tracking systems, and data analysis tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to details
- Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions and exhibit composure and professionalism
- Must have excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, developing ROI models and supporting data-driven business decisions
- Proven expertise in the budgeting process and demonstrated ability to develop successful revenue-generating marketing strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to follow established policies, procedures, and operational guideline
- Must maintain a strong on-property presence that requires working weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require
- Must be at least 21

Must be able to obtain/maintain the following:
- Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration (employee cost = approximately $140; renewed every 5 years)
